Our treatment room is a place you can relax and unwind, all while being pampered from head to toe. We are a judgement-free space for all sizes, shapes and backgrounds, and a place where you can connect with your highest self. Our goal is that you leave feeling beautiful, confident and empowered. Things to know before your appointment: Our suite is located in the Windemere Place Plaza at 2717B Windemere Dr. (Off Oak St. or Eager Rd.) We have other service providers in our building and business offices adjacent to us, so please keep voices at spa level when arriving. If you need to bring your little one, please let us know upon booking so we can make accommodations correctly. No child should be left unattended in the lobby. Extra guests must wait in the lobby unless you are both receiving a service. Please read our cancellation policy below. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. Late Policy: After 10 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the services booked will be charged to your card on file. Please let us know if you will be late and your ETA to avoid cancellation fees. If you elect to still get your service done, we are only able to perform what is possible in your allotted time frame. Brazilian Waxing FAQ: Can I get waxed on my menstrual cycle? Absolutely yes! As long as you can wear a fresh tampon or diva cup, feel free to wax away! Can I get waxed while pregnant? Of course! As long as you have no pregnancy complications that prevent you from doing so, we’ve waxed clients the day before their induction! When should I exfoliate? You should always exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appointment and 48-72 hours after your wax. You’ve made it to the end! Still have questions?
